Marcel Deschamps knows the inner workings of municipal government. Last spring, the Union des municipalités du Québec recognized his 20 years of community involvement as a Chateauguay councillor. He represents the citizens of District de Salaberry where he has lived for 35 years. Marcel was president of the Optimist Club and continues to be active in the community.
